That is usually not a problem at all if you let me know in good time. Tell me when it’s convenient and I’ll reschedule the lesson. Sessions cancelled within 24 to 12 hours will incur half a lesson deduction from the package bought. Sessions cancelled within 12 hours will be deducted in full.

Yes. In order to see progress in your language skills, lessons have to be done with a certain regularity. So, all sessions in a given package have to be used within a designated period of time counting from the date of the first lesson. But I’m being pretty generous here 🙂 It goes as follows:
Silver Bundle – 1 month
Gold Bundle – 3 months
Platinum Bundle – 6 months
